Ted Holmgren
General Manager/Co-Owner

Ted provides day-to-day operational leadership for Home Care Assistance. Ted provides personal caregiving from time-to-time and is involved in ensuring that the company continues to raise the bar in providing home care services. Ted says, “The Balanced Care Method far exceeds the ‘just watch TV with clients’ approach of a lot of other agencies. Our commitment is to keep our clients engaged and living life to its fullest. There’s a real opportunity to help people live an active, meaningful life. Most seniors prefer to stay in their homes, and we provide them the assistance that enables them to do so.” Ted has a Master’s degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University (BYU), and has worked in public accounting as a CPA. He enjoys spending time with his family, participating in his local church, and being a Phoenician.

Randy Holmgren
Chairman/Co-Owner

Randy provides strategic, financial and operational leadership for the Home Care Assistance business in Scottsdale, Arizona. He knows that our company is making a big difference in the quality of life experienced by our Clients, their families, and our Caregivers. Randy says, “There comes a time in life, sooner or later, when you really want to spend your time doing things that matter, and helping people who need assistance. Randy has been a practicing attorney since 1983, and he has specialized in Elder Care issues and Estate Planning law since 1995. Randy and Julie married in 1980 and they have enjoyed these many years with their children Ted, Danny, Emily, Johnny and Betsy.

Carina Arce
OnCall Staffing Coordinator

Carina Arce is the Oncall Scheduling coordinator. In this position, Carina serves as the first point of contact for our caregivers and client needs and is available to assist them with everyday matters.

She also provides support to the scheduling Team in order to fulfill the needs of our clients and Caregivers. Carina brings over ten years of experience in recruiting and account management to her position. She recently relocated to Florida from New York City and enjoys being a part of our family-oriented environment in Home Care Assistance.

Sarah Bowling

Sarah Bowling
Client Care Manager

Sarah Bowling is one of our Client Care Managers in the Fort Myers area. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Healthcare Management and is currently enrolled at Florida State University for her Master in Social Work (MSW) degree.

Sarah has worked in social work since 2008 and holds certifications for addiction counseling in both California and Florida. Her passion for helping others has defined her career and she is committed to ensuring her clients receive the care they deserve.
